To ensure that your package will be delivered correctly and that you receive it within the timeframe we advertise, please ensure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers and route information (where applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced or wrongly items if the address provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

 

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to separate processing time, with the exception of the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been removed from our processing center by the carrier. Order processing and shipping time is 2-5 business days but 95.47% of our orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours.

Please note that orders can take 12 to 18 working days for the U.S from the date of dispatch and 14 to 20 working days for the rest of the world, not necessarily from the date they were placed, depending on the final destination of the order.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

If you refuse a shipment from Woodsax®, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to our warehouse. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

 

DELIVERY DECLARATIONS

If you notice a non-delivery or if the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you must contact us within 7 days to make a claim (contact@woodsax.com).

We will help you work with the carrier to complete the claim process. Please note that claims can take up to 30 days to process.

We assume no responsibility for packages that have been reported as having been delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages whose delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track the status of your order on our website in the " TRACK ORDER " section.

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes more than one item and one (or more) of these items is out of stock: we will ship the rest of your order, refunding you according to your original payment method for the items not in stock. Please note that it is possible to receive several packages for the same order if it is composed of several items.

ONE YEAR WARRANTY

Let's make it very simple. Here's what you need to know about our one-year warranty on our Woodsax® watch:


- DID SOMETHING HAPPEN TO YOU WITH YOUR WATCH OR YOUR BRACELET?
If you are a little careless with your watch or bracelet (e.g. you broke it while struggling, or you took a shower by accident,...), we will charge you for a small repair. Honesty is appreciated!

- OUR APOLOGIES
If there was a manufacturing defect, we would be very sorry and repair the watch or bracelet for free.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

You wanted a different model or you just decided to save and want a refund?

If within 14 days of your purchase you change your mind, we will refund you without question (shipping costs only will be charged).

 

RIGHT OF RETRACTION


We know how important your order is to you, that's why we strive to fill orders as quickly as possible!

We offer a right of withdrawal of 2 hours after validation/payment of your order. Once this period has passed, we can no longer guarantee the cancellation of your order. If your order has already entered the processing process it will then be impossible to cancel it, so you will have to wait for delivery.

Then we invite you to return your items in accordance with our return and refund policy once your order has been delivered to you.

 

SATISFIED OR REFUNDED


If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you wish to return your items for a refund, please return your items to our distribution center in accordance with the following return policy:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and bear original labels.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant or wear and tear.
  • Returns are processed within 2 to 5 business days after receipt of your items by our distribution center.
  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return.
  • Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely manner, we will not issue a refund).

Additional notes: Your return package may take several days to arrive. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue a refund for your returns. Once your return is fully processed, we will refund you within 72 hours.

 

RETURN TO SENDER AND REFUSED PARCELS

This can happen if :

  • An address is invalid or some information is missing...
  • The carrier is not able to deliver your package
  • The order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.

Packages returned to the sender or refused will be restocked and you will receive a credit in the form of an electronic gift card minus the original shipping charges. We are not able to replace or reship in these cases, as all returned shipments are handled by our returns department. Instead, use the e-Gift Card to place a new order using the correct address. Remember that we do not guarantee that your items will be in stock when you place your new order.

 

Note: We are not able to make changes to orders placed on our system. To ensure that your package is delivered correctly, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and that it contains all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers and routing information (if applicable) is essential to ensure delivery. We assume no responsibility for lost items if the address provided is incorrect at the time of purchase. 

 

ALL RIGHTS RESERVED REGARDING RETURNS

Woodsax® reserves the right to define and limit, refuse and/or reject customer returns at any time due to :

A history of irregular or excessive returns involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged or missing items; or, potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity due to similar actions as noted above.

 

EXCHANGES


Because we cannot guarantee that you will get the style/size you want when your returned items are returned to the distribution center, we cannot exchange them. Instead, we invite you to return your items in accordance with our easy return policy and exchange them for the desired size or style once your refund or gift card has been issued.

 

DAMAGED GOODS


If you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item that clearly shows the damage and email it to our customer service department (contact@woodsax.com) with a description of the damaged item and your order number. Once we have received your email and assessed the damage, we will contact you to determine the necessary outcome.

 

DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS


Upon receipt of your order, please check the delivered items carefully. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item or if you think you are missing an item: please send an email to contact@woosax.com within 2 days after delivery. Include a photo and description of the problem as well as your order number to ensure a quick resolution.

 

RETURNS


It is imperative to contact our customer service (contact@woodsax.com) before any return. Please note that if you do not indicate the correct order number on the return form and/or the returned item(s), we will not be able to process your return.

Pack your items securely in their original packaging. All items must be returned in their original condition (including all documents, packaging, and accessories) with their labels. All items must be intact, undamaged and unwashed.


All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. shipments; they will be rejected. We recommend that you send your return via a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

EXPIRED RETURNS


We require items to be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, as stated in our return policy. Returns received at our distribution center after 14 days are considered "expired" returns and will not be refunded.
