SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFORMATION
After your payment is authorized and verified, it may take up to 96 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
EXCHANGE RATE APPLIED
When purchasing in a currency other than EUR (€), the conversion is done automatically and in most cases includes a conversion fee by your bank partner, which covers the processing and guarantees the exchange rate at the time of payment.
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. You should receive your order within 15-21 business days. Packages are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays.
Please note that our standard delivery times (15-21 business days) are estimated and may vary due to external factors outside of WOODSAX® Official, and our courier’s, control. These factors may include but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc.
Additionally, please note that during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.
If your order is not delivered within 60 working days after the shipment of your package, we will send you another package or refund.
